Are you already in the fall mood and still looking for a new series for a cozy night in? Then you shouldn’t miss the latest Hulu Original series, “City of Blood,” which premiered yesterday. The eight-part dystopian horror thriller depicts a completely different Berlin: The city is shaped by climate change and extreme heat, while crime and violence dominate everyday life. A privileged elite lives protected under an air-conditioned dome, while people outside struggle to survive. To coincide with the launch of the new series, the limited-time “Bleedeasy” pop-up bar will open in Berlin-Kreuzberg on September 18 and 19, 2026.
The concept is fully tailored to the series’ dark world. From the outside, all you see at first is a large billboard , behind which the actual pop-up bar is hidden. Once inside , you can discover various photo spots, try your hand at mini-challenges, and even see real props from the series. There’s also a free non-alcoholic “City of Blood” drink , while supplies last. With a little luck, you can also win a three-month Disney+ subscription or a “City of Blood” cooler on-site. You must be 18 or older to enter the contests. The exact terms and conditions will be posted on-site.
The “City of Blood” Bleedeasy pop-up bar will take place on Friday, September 18, and Saturday, September 19, 2026, at Banja Luka, located at Falckensteinstraße 1–2 in Berlin-Kreuzberg . Doors open at 8:00 p.m. each night, with last entry at 11:30 p.m. The event ends at midnight. Admission is restricted to individuals 18 years of age and older .
The event is a two-day pop-up to mark the series’ premiere and is not a permanent new venue. After September 19, the Bleedeasy pop-up bar will no longer exist in this form.
