Halloween am Wochenende im Schultheiss Quartier
Auch dieses Jahr verwandelt sich das Schultheiss Quartier zu Halloween in ein schaurig-schönes Gruselspektakel für Kinder und Familien. Die zwei Tage bieten eine bunte Mischung aus Halloween-Zauber und gruseligen Überraschungen. Am 26. Oktober können Kinder beim Kinderschminken in furchterregende Gestalten schlüpfen, sich beim Halloween-Hairstyling stylen lassen, ihre eigenen Kürbisse gestalten oder schaurige Outfits bei einer Fotoaktion festhalten. Am 31. Oktober geht der Spaß mit Glitzertattoos, der Halloween-Backstube und der Gestaltung von Trick-or-Treat-Stoffbeuteln weiter und Zombie Popcorn sorgt an beiden Tagen für den passenden Grusel-Snack. Entdeckt The Art of the Brick
Die Ausstellung „The Art of the Brick“ in Berlin bringt die ikonischen LEGO®-Steine in die Welt der modernen Kunst. Der renommierte Künstler Nathan Sawaya hat über eine Million LEGO®-Steine verwendet, um über 150 beeindruckende Kunstwerke zu erschaffen, die bekannte Meisterwerke wie die Mona Lisa, Michelangelo’s David und Klimts Der Kuss in neuem Glanz erstrahlen lassen. Neben klassischen Kunstreproduktionen erwartet die Besucher:innen auch ein imposantes Dinosaurierskelett, das aus LEGO®-Steinen besteht. Die Ausstellung im CANK Berlin bietet eine einzigartige Gelegenheit, in eine bunte, kreative Welt einzutauchen, die sowohl Kinder als auch Erwachsene begeistert. In der Mall of Berlin findet ihr aktuell einen Fotospielplatz der besonderen Art. Das immersive Ausstellungserlebnis entführt eure Sinne am Wochenende in das alte Ägypten und lässt imposante Tempel und Grabstätten mitten in Berlin wiederauferstehen. Lernt die Geheimnisse der Wüste kennen und erforscht die Rätsel von Tutanchamuns sagenumwobener Grabkammer – auch durch den Einsatz von VR-Elementen, die euch förmlich auf eine Zeitreise durch die Jahrtausende schicken. Unter dem Einsatz modernster Technik und historischer Aufzeichnungen wird der Mythos um Pharao Tutanchamun und sein Königreich in brillanter Farbe und qualitativem Ton zum Leben erweckt.

Hummus Workshop & Dinner
Im Hummus Studio lernen Teilnehmer:innen, wie sie den cremigsten Hummus der Stadt selbst herstellen können. Der Workshop bietet eine umfassende Einführung in die Zubereitung und das kunstvolle Anrichten des Klassikers aus Nahost, begleitet von einer entspannten, sozialen Atmosphäre. Während des Workshops werden die Grundlagen der Hummuszubereitung erklärt, von der richtigen Mischung aus Kichererbsen und Tahini bis hin zu kreativen Gourmet-Toppings, die das Geschmackserlebnis auf ein neues Level heben. Dabei geht es nicht nur um die Technik, sondern auch um den Spaß am Kochen und das Kennenlernen neuer Leute.
Am Ende des Abends wird das gemeinsam zubereitete Hummus mit warmem Pita-Brot serviert und lädt zum Genießen und Austausch ein.
