At two locations in Berlin (Kreuzberg, Reichenberger Str. 107 & Sonnencenter, Sonnenallee 330) you can try the tastiest cinnamon buns in town – and in our opinion, the ones with pistachios are simply unbeatable. “Die Zimtschnecke” has been a family business since 2019, preparing fresh baked goods from its own house recipe every day. In addition to the pistachio highlight, where you can expect extra cream filling and frosting, there are other extraordinary creations. From bueno and lotus to blueberry buns – each one is so cream-filled that it will steal your heart.
However, the range doesn’t stay the same all year round, as new, matching cinnamon bun editions are created for each season. Around a month ago, for example, there was an irresistible tiramisu cinnamon bun filled with freshly brewed coffee and topped with homemade mascarpone frosting. Advent highlights have also been introduced for the winter season, such as the delicious Black Forest cherry cinnamon bun filled with cherries and chocolate – which was available a few days ago as an exclusive Advent special. You can also try the children’s bar cinnamon bun throughout December. Whatever you decide – it will be super tasty in any case! But the undisputed favorite remains the pistachio cinnamon buns, filled to the brim with pistachio cream and a little “wow” moment just by looking at them.
