A quiet moment over morning coffee, a relaxed breakfast, or a leisurely lunch— all without whiny kids. Sounds almost too good to be true, doesn’t it? For plenty of action, we’ve already shared numerous outing tips with you: from the world’s largest trampoline park, which recently opened in Berlin, to a brand-new forest playground right in the heart of the city. But where’s the little break for the adults? You’ll find the answer at the new kids’ café CUTE’S Berlin. This family-friendly restaurant and kids’ café is located in Berlin-Mitte, just a few steps away from Museum Island and the Humboldt Forum, and offers a place where children can play safely while parents eat in peace or enjoy a cup of coffee.

At the heart of the space is a large indoor play area featuring a multi-story climbing structure, slides, a ball pit, and various play stations. There’s also a separate, safely designed area for babies and toddlers, so children of different age groups can play carefree. The menu goes far beyond classic café snacks. They serve breakfast, bowls, burgers, pasta, waffles, homemade desserts, and a variety of specialty coffees and beverages. For the little guests, there’s also a separate kids’ menu with child-friendly dishes.
The play area can be used independently of a restaurant visit. There is a fee for use, calculated based on the actual play time. This makes Cute’s ideal for both a quick visit and a longer family afternoon. Reservations are especially recommended on weekends.

Children’s birthday parties can also be celebrated here. Various packages are available, along with plenty of space for larger groups. Cute’s is open Monday through Thursday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., Friday and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. The children’s café is located at Scharrenstraße 16A in 10178 Berlin-Mitte and is easily accessible by public transportation or on foot from many of the city center’s attractions.
