A breath of fresh air and plenty of spice are coming to Berlin! The warm days not only invite you to relax in the city’s green parks and most beautiful natural spots, but also to experience some action and fun. And what better way to do that than to soak up some Latin American flair right in the heart of the capital, shake your hips, and sample specialties from Peru to Brazil? That’s exactly what the Latin Food & Dance Festival makes possible , as it celebrates its premiere in Berlin in 2026. On July 25 and 26, the festival will bring the culinary and cultural diversity of Latin America to the Park am Gleisdreieck —with authenticstreet food, music, and plenty of dancing.

This colorful open-air weekend will take place at Jules B-Part, right next to Park am Gleisdreieck, and promises two days full of street food, music, and dance. The festival begins at 12 p.m. on both days and runs until 10 p.m. The venue is Jules B-Part at Luckenwalder Straße 6B in Berlin-Kreuzberg, just a few steps from the Gleisdreieck subway station. Admission is 6 euros per day, while children under 16 get in free. Dogs are also welcome at the festival.
For one weekend, the Jules B-Part will be transformed into a small Latin American marketplace. Visitors can sample dishes from various countries and discover authentic specialties from all over Latin America. The menu includes, among other things, tacos and quesadillas from Mexico, Argentine empanadas, Venezuelan arepas, Peruvian ceviche, choripán, churros, and alfajores, as well as Brazilian pão de queijo and other popular street food classics.
However, the festival is much more than just a culinary event. In collaboration with the Berlin dance school La Mambita, free dance masterclasses will be held on both days. The offerings include Cuban salsa, bachata, Los Angeles-style salsa, New York-style salsa, and cha-cha-cha. The workshops are designed for both beginners and experienced dancers.

In the evening, various Latin DJ sets will set the right mood and transform the venue into a huge open-air dance floor. The combination of music, dance, and authentic food is designed to give you the feeling of stepping into the streets of Latin America for a day.
The festival is organized by True Italian and Berlin Italian Communication, which have already hosted numerous successful food events in Berlin. These include the popular Pizza Week, the Pistachio Street Food Festival, and other culinary events in the capital. The Latin Food & Dance Festival will take place for the first time in 2026, expanding Berlin’s lineup of international food festivals.
