Starred restaurants in Berlin: Stars are awarded according to these criteria
The world of Michelin stars is particularly challenging, as competition is fierce and the judges are demanding. However, on closer inspection, the almost mystical process is actually quite simple. There are no specific requirements; instead, Michelin stars are awarded based on five criteria that are taken into account:
Quality of ingredients
Mastery of cooking techniques
Taste and harmony of flavors
Creativity
Consistency
Now that we know the theory, let’s see for ourselves the outstanding quality of the following restaurants!
