You can find pizza on virtually every street corner in Berlin, but unfortunately not necessarily really good pizza. We set out on a calorie-rich field test to find the best pizzas in the capital for you!
Escendo Pizzeria
A visit to Escendo is like a short visit to Italy. In addition to great food and lots of friendly customer service, this is what we are looking for today: Good pizza! It scores particularly well with a base that is as thin as it is sturdy, and which is challenged with all kinds of interesting toppings.

The Grain
The pizza chefs at The Grain right across the street generally see themselves as just that: Baker: inside. Accordingly, the team attaches great importance to quality, which starts with the ideal composition of the dough. In addition, there are innovative toppings that venture out of the tomato sauce standard and thus create a great fluffy pizza experience!

Gemello
Gemello could be described as the pizza nomad of Berlin. The one-man show bakes vegan Neapolitan-style pizzas that go far beyond the usual constellations of tomato sauce and mozzarella. You can usually find Gemello in the form of pop-ups, which take place all over Berlin (or occasionally beyond). Soon there will also be a first permanent store. Until then, we can warmly recommend that you chase after the next pop-up. It’s worth it; I promise! You can find out where you can find Gemello next on the website or on Instagram .

Mamida
The fusion of passion and experience of Mamida’s chefs has led to a new vision of pizza: Sourdough is mastered to perfection here and the menu offers a refreshing and unconventional selection with seasonal toppings.

Nini e Pettirosso
At Nini e Petirrosso, the focus is on authentic Neapolitan pizza and it easily lives up to the claim! With a crispy crust and thin base, you can expect lots of delicious creations here. The large selection also includes exciting options for vegans. Big bonus: The pizza can then be devoured in the adjacent Körnerpark with its beautiful scenery.
