3 days in Berlin for free on Valentine’s Day: The grand opening of a 2,000 m² cultural space with works by over 30 artists, DJ sets, and Mexican & Argentine delicacies!
A new, independent cultural and event space in Berlin is opening its doors for the first time. Get ready for a weekend full of art, culture, and music!
February has begun – and after a long, sluggish January, it almost feels as if 2026 has only just really started today. And don’t forget: in just 12 days, the most romantic day of the year is already upon us. Have you made your plans for Valentine’s Day yet? Whether it’s a Balinese spa with ten saunas in the middle of Berlin, one of the largest thermal saltwater areas in central and northern Germany 55 minutes from the city, or a 3-course rose dinner in one of Brandenburg’s oldest aristocratic castles – as you can see, we have plenty of inspiration for you. But what about singles or couples who prefer a more relaxed and uncomplicated approach? With plenty of culture, music, and food—without breaking the bank—the grand opening of MAMMOTH at MoMa5 ( powered by ArtHouseRising) in Marienfelde is the perfect choice: From February 13 to 15, 2026, a brand new, independent cultural and event space will open its doors and offer three days of free art, music, and catering!

MoMa5 will soon be kicking off the ultimate Valentine’s Weekender with over 30 artists from Berlin presenting their work on this new cultural platform. On display will be contemporary art from Berlin’s off-space and scene landscape as well as from the Art House Rising network — suggesting that the exhibition will be more experimental than traditional, more young than established, and more process- and community-oriented than purely commercial. The show is not only visual in nature, but also part of a larger cultural format with live music, DJ sets, and club nights. The whole thing could be described as a hybrid art and cultural event.
