September is just around the corner and with it the annual Oktoberfest! For exactly 213 years, the festival has been attracting hop connoisseurs to its tempting Wies’n. These can now no longer be found exclusively in Munich, but have found their way into the wider world in the wake of globalization. The festival doesn’t even stop at Dubai and Berlin and invites you to join in the celebrations in lederhosen! Find out here where you can treat yourself to a Mass (or ten) in full traditional costume in Berlin!

Two worlds meet at the area around Ostbahnhof for a whole six weeks: Just around the corner from Berghain, a cozy Oktoberfest will be taking place with everything that goes with it. From 15.09., Löwenbräu will be served here daily with Bavarian music, pork knuckles and traditional costumes!

There is a Hofbräuhaus in Berlin…
If Bavaria were a country, the Hofbräuhaus would be its embassy! Accordingly, the branch of the traditional brewery on Alexanderplatz is also dressed in Oktoberfest garb. In addition to the Bavarian food and beers already on offer in normal operation, a show band awaits you at the weekends to create a beer tent atmosphere!

Mass on the Spree
Every year, the Zollpackhof also hosts an Oktoberfest. The cozy beer garden is the oldest restaurant in Berlin and invites you to enjoy a beer with a view of the Spree – it is located directly on its banks! Here, however, the Wies’n event is condensed into an evening with brass band music and traditional costumes.
