During the Formula E race weekend in Berlin, the free “FIA Girls on Track” program invites a new generation of interested young people into the world of motorsports. On May 2 and 3, young women aged 12 to 18 can explore careers in motorsports and STEM fields.
Through hands-on activities, workshops, and exclusive behind-the-scenes insights, you can discover and deepen your passion for racing—and maybe even find a career for life — ! Amid the thrilling atmosphere of the E-Prix , new opportunities await you!
This inspiring program takes place at every Formula E race and has already attracted nearly 6,000 participants worldwide! Half of the participants report an increased interest in motorsports careers. Nearly 2,000 young women developed a greater interest in STEM subjects. Girls on Track was featured on TV during 100% of Formula E’s global broadcasts!
A new generation of motorsport is shaking up the racing world, and perhaps the next talent behind the wheel will be discovered at the big race in Berlin !
FIA Formula E stands for innovation both on and off the track!
In addition to “FIA Girls On Track,” Formula E is exploring, in a strategic partnership with “More than Equal,” the barriers that prevent women from participating full-time in the racing series. Off the track, women hold half of the leadership positions and technical roles within Formula E, including positions in race control, sports management, and the executive team.
