Instead of classic Spanish tapas, a new restaurant on bustling Falckensteinstraße focuses on Pan-Asian flavors served in small portions. At Fusion Delight, influences ranging from Saigon to Seoul meet Kreuzberg’s nightlife crowd, bringing a breath of fresh air to the district’s diverse dining scene. The culinary concept combines Vietnamese street food with the idea of sharing tapas-style dishes at the table. Instead of a traditional main course, the focus is on several small dishes that invite guests to sample and discover different flavors together. The result is a culinary blend of Asian food culture and the convivial tapas concept, where the emphasis is not only on enjoyment but also on the shared experience.
Soju on tap and Pan-Asian snacks
For groups, the menu offers extensive meal combinations such as the “Pink Night Tower” or the “Seoul Street Riot,” designed for several people. A visual and social highlight of the restaurant is the 1.5-liter soju tower. The tower is brought directly to the table, where guests can pour the drink themselves—a deliberate nod to authentic Korean drinking culture.
In addition to the drinks, the focus is on a variety of fusion creations. Among the menu’s signature dishes are Crispy Chicken Bao Buns, Golden Fried Shrimp, and Thai-Style Salmon. To finish, there are desserts such as a classic crème brûlée. The Mango Sticky Rice Roll, also available, stands out for its appealing presentation but divides opinion when it comes to taste.
The concept is designed for convivial evenings where the entire table samples a variety of Asian bites. Fusion Delight is open Monday through Thursday from 11:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. and Friday through Sunday until midnight.
