New Year’s Eve 2025 in Berlin remains a real highlight despite the cancellation of the classic ZDF party at the Brandenburg Gate: new organizers are focusing on an alternative concept with Europe’s longest fireworks display, a diverse music and cultural program and a strong social message. Under the motto “Let’s save New Year’s Eve”, the route between the Brandenburg Gate and the Victory Column will become an open-air mile with pop, classical, electro, LED screens, a Ferris wheel and, from 1 a.m., a huge dance floor with Berlin techno collectives. The highlight at midnight is the fireworks display “Die wilde Rose”, which blossoms over the Victory Column and is musically reminiscent of Hildegard Knef – an emotional start to 2026. The Klunkerkranich will be dancing for 13 hours straight on three floors. Let it rip one last time before we enter the year 2026. The highlight of the evening is the 360-degree fireworks display from the street canyons of Neukölln – with the best view over the whole of Berlin. In the NOMI wine bar, you can start the year 2026 with oysters, mince pies and jelly. The whole thing is accompanied by the finest wine from large bottles, long drinks and cocktails.
