Café Botanico is a charming farm-to-table restaurant and café with its own 1,000 m² permaculture garden right in the backyard. The cuisine is closely linked to seasonality, sustainability, and nature : herbs, vegetables, and fruit are first grown in the garden and then freshly prepared in the kitchen. Guests can visit the garden during opening hours, and a guided garden tour usually takes place on the last Sunday of the month.
The menu offers a varied, fresh selection of the restaurant’s own produce and carefully selected regional products. These include salads and antipasti with herbs from the garden, pasta and risotto dishes such as strozzapreti with pesto made from fresh sage and homemade vegan ricotta, seasonal vegetarian and vegan dishes such as black bean cream with dukkah, and a spicy fennel and carrot salad. The menu is rounded off with desserts and homemade cakes, including a delicious crème brûlée. The cuisine is creative, Mediterranean-inspired, and places great emphasis on quality, freshness, and a conscious approach to food.

Café Botanico has a particularly pleasant atmosphere – like a green oasis in the middle of the city . Cozy , full of plants, with an idyllic backyard garden and a terrace where you can sit and enjoy the summer.
